Daniela Barros - LFW

Again, it was the classic, neutral palette (white, black, grey and camel) that caught my eye when it comes to this collection, but then I was enticed even more by the designs themselves. Clean, sleek silhouettes were the the focus of this collection, only aided by the monochrome colour palette. Layering, raw seams, awkward but seemingly natural deconstructions of patterns and the addition of buckles and straps transformed this basic collection into an adventurous and edgy one, powered by simplicity. The beautifully structured collection oozes strength and sex-appeal in a way I'm not used to seeing on the catwalk.

Gee x
