Edun - NYFW

(all photos from Vogue.co.uk)

Edun has come so far from last season and I think this might be one of my favourite collections so far. The mixture of suede, leather, ribbed knit and other textures combined with the colour palette which arrays from the usual but powerful jet black and crisp white to bright block colours such as cobalt blue, brown, postbox red, steel grey and patterns such as stripes, an aztec print and tweed really mean that this collection fits every box.

I love that the colours come in geometric shapes and that the hems of all the tops and dresses are the same length - mid thigh. The raw hems of the dresses and coats stay true to the designer's cause whilst the slits in the knitwear bring a Western edge to the collection.

My favourite part about the show: the KILLER leather coats.
