Cannes Film Festival collects the most elegant women in the media industry (and some others, models etc also make the odd appearance) and the best stylists and mixes them together to bring the best dressed celebrities around. I have filtered all the images down that I've seen and this has resulted in my selection of best dressed from Cannes Film Festival. Obviously, it is all to do with opinion but I think these women above kicked ass. I mean, look at them! Wow.
